Since day one of Kathy’s journey, her number one priority has always been lash health and cleanliness of work; that alone has lead her to raise industry standards. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No call/No show/ Same day are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Deposits are Nonrefundable but you may transfer for a future appointment as long as you cancel before the 48 hour window.
